Today is not a usual post. Today I want to challenge you before September starts. Last week I was talking about how you can make the best of your last weeks before the big rush. Today we are going to work on it together!
This week challenge is made of guidelines, but you can make it your own. The purpose is to take action to improve your daily life. As each mom has her own level of health and expectation, remember to be gentle on your body and mind. Nobody wants you to feel bad for trying your best, and nobody wants you to feel discouraged when you tried to improve or tried something new!
I will set a list of ideas that you can pick from in regards to what you want to work on. Make the best of this challenge, the one rule you absolutely don’t want to break is to
keep at it for seven whole days!
This 10-page booklet is a guided personalized challenge. It’s made to be inspiring and used as long and as often as you want.
I’m not writing this out of the blue. I’ve been following this challenge for two months during the summer.
Quick disclaimer: you will not find any fancy design in there or any photos. I wanted to keep it simple, especially if you need to print these pages. After all, the challenge is not about the design; it’s about you improving your life, and reaching what you want!

If you want to work on your diet
There is a section dedicated to food and drinks. What you fuel your body with is the most important thing for your health. You are either attacking your health from within or improving it.
If you want to feel better in your body
Exercising doesn’t have to feel painful at all. Of course, if you are a person who wants to feel the efforts with sore muscles, go for it! But I guess that if you are starting with this booklet, you are not (yet) so dedicated. But either way, you’ll find your motivation here!
If you want to simplify your organization at home
When you have taken care of your body, let’s take care of your soul. Do you want to make time in your life? Maybe you need to do less of what you hate and do more of what you really love? This section is for you!
So now all you have to do is simply start. Don’t think anymore, take action! It’s simple, it not for long, only seven days. My real goal here is for you to realize how these little things you are secretly dreaming of achieving are indeed so simple one day at a time. I also want you to know how good it feels to make this tiny effort every day.
Big things happen one step at a time. The most important thing here is to see what you can do a little bit every day, and most importantly shift your mindset.
