Christmas Tip #9 For A Mindful Family Time

December 27, 2016

After that family festival of food and celebration let’s go back for a while to our Christmas tips-list: now it’s time to cook!

Today is simple

Try a new recipe and cook together

When I mean together, I mean together to make it not only eat it. Find out to get organized and make everyone of you participate into the cooking and baking of something you have never tried before. This will be the occasion to try something new maybe in cooking together, something new as a new recipe, but also something new to taste. If you are a large family try to organize the complete¬†“new thing” meal. This is not easy, especially for the little ones, especially when it’s a very first time. But it’s worth a try. We started that tradition in the family few years ago and we simply love it!

What kind of recipe do you like to cook together?

We now like to cook with Gousto. It’s a website we’ve been told of when arrived in UK. Once a month we order 2 recipes from their website. It’s an unusual meal far more fun than a restaurant!

Let’s dive a little longer into the spirit of Christmas:
