Christmas Tip #5 For A Mindful Family Time

December 20, 2016
Let’s keep on doing little thing to spend time together!

Today is my tip #5. Well, it’s a simple one. No need to go out, just boost your creativity. You’ll just need¬†your favourite book, a pen and a paper, and your imagination. I’m going to give you the opportunity to improve or awake your creativity.

Read to your family/friends the first page of a book, then you all try to rewrite the story in your way. Share the result of your pondering with everyone else. Try your Creativity!

One page is enough; it’s a short story we want here not a novel! The idea is to share with others your creativity. You can’t say that you are not creative. Or if you say so, that’s because you did not read yet “The Big Magic” by Elizabeth Gilbert. If you intend to start the new year with a more creative mind, this exercise is the best thing you can do. It’s not only good for you to exercise, but it’s also good that you tell others about it.

To dive into the spirit of Christmas before doing that little exercise, this is a song for you:
